At the end of 2010 Deutsche Telekom will lose their exclusive contract of Apple’s iPhone. This will open up the market to other mobile phone providers that will most likely compete on price.
Insight: The people most active with data services and most likely to leave (because of a drop in price by a competitor) are the Social Youth.
Goal: Retain current iPhone customers.
Idea: Deutsche Telekom “Hello!” Platform. Reward people for being themselves.
